Reverb

Purpose
The Reverb device is one of the most requested devices ever, in MWare. There are several reasons that we have never supplied one prior to now in a software release. The main reasons are that the original attempts at MWare reverb devices didn't sound that great and they consumed too much DSP (in our opinion). This is a new device, which is small and actually sounds pretty good, won't outperform a spring box or dedicated artificial reverberation unit (usually with pre-defined acoustic models), but it doesn't require that much DSP either. However, for many uses, this Reverb device will be more than sufficient, such as when adding warmth and openness to speech and instrumentation. Our suggestion is to try it before passing judgement on it. You may find that it serves your needs in a convenient and inexpensive way. We know that there are those out there who will scoff that it isn't as good as so-and-so's reverb product, but we're introducing this device for those who need the functionality of a simple reverb device within the digital world of MWare.
Controls
Reverb Time
Sets the length of the reverberation. Short times are recommended for vocals, while longer times can be used for special effect simulation, such as cathedrals and gymnasiums.
Damping
Damping refers to the high frequency damping effect of sound as it travels. Changing damping varies the reverberation from bright to muffled.
Dry Level
Dry Level is a standard effect term that refers to the level of the input signal that is passed directly to the output.
Wet Level
Wet Level refers to the level of the pure reverberation signal.
