Saving Presets
You can save presets of all control parameter settings in the system. For a practical tutorial on Presets, please see All About Presets. Presets are essentially snapshots of every control setting in the entire system. You can create up to 100 presets per system. To create a preset while in the edit mode, select Preset from the Device menu then select the preset number you want to use. You may create multiple presets by adding multiple preset numbers to your window. The preset blocks must be in your window before you compile for them to function. Once you have completed the system design and compilation you are ready to adjust the system.
Adjust the system to meet you requirements and when you are ready to save a preset of the settings, open the preset block. If you have multiple preset blocks in your window open the preset that you want to use. The Preset Control Panel will appear on the screen. Gesture the Save button, the system will prompt you with "Are You Sure?". Answer either yes or no. If you answer yes, the preset is now saved. To load a preset simply gesture the "Load" button. The text box will read "loaded" followed by a number indicating how many parameters were stored. You can type over the device label or the area where it says "Load Preset 1" to describe the preset configuration.
You may continue to adjust the system and save more presets of different settings.
Gesturing the Load button on a preset block will load that preset. The load buttons on presets are exclusive. Loading a preset will unload the previously loaded preset. The green indicator next to the load button on the currently loaded preset will light.
It is often convenient to copy the Load button out of the Preset block and include it on a control panel.
Presets can be loaded from an external control. For more information on this and other preset topics refer to the Preset topic in the reference section of this help file.
