How do I add password protection to an installed system?

It is possible to add password protection to an existing view file at any time. There are several ways of doing this. The best way is to know which users will need to access the system, and then to create user accounts for each user thus giving them the desired level of access.

Once this is done, it is possible to leave the default user (the user who is logged onto the system when the view file first opens) with only one option, and that is to log on another user with a higher privilege level, and thus more system access.

By doing so, you will be able to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the system, and making adjustments and/or changes to the system and its settings. You also thus restrict access to those users you have authorized and (hopefully) trained on the system.
