Only give the administrator the ability to modify the view file

By making it so the default user is limited to Loser privilege, you can make it so the system starts up with no option other than logging on a new user.  To do this, select "User | Edit User List", then left click on "DefaultUser", and then click on "Edit".  Now, simply make sure that none of the "User Privileges" check boxes are checked Now, edit all other users to the system (including any with supervisor level access), and simply uncheck the User Privileges box that says "Modify the view file", then click "OK".  Now, no user other than the system administrator can edit and make changes to the view file.
