What to do if bitmaps are not printed properly

MediaMatrix will sometimes fail to print bitmaps properly to some printers. This seems to depend on a number of factors including the version of your video card driver, the color depth of your video card, your printer and the version of the printer driver. The following suggestions have proven to fix this problem under some circumstances.

• Suggestion 1: choose File | Print... | Setup | Properties | Document Options | Metafile Spooling change this option to "off"

• Suggestion 2: choose Start Menu | Settings | Printers | <your printer> | (right button menu) | Properties | General | Print Processor | Always spool RAW datatype and make sure this item is checked.

What to do if the text runs off of the blocks when printing

Choose File | Print | Setup | Properties | Document Options | Print Text as Graphics change this option to "On"
