Telephone Hybrid
The MediaMatrix Telephone Hybrid is a high quality, commercial
grade audio/telephone interface designed for fixed installations.
The Hybrid uses the latest digital technology to maintain the
highest possible audio quality and is designed to function as
a stand-alone product or as an accessory to the MediaMatrix
MM-AEC4 or MM-NC4 (echo cancelling, noise cancelling) modular
input cards. The Telephone Hybrid is a single-line digital telco
hybrid with advanced digital signal processing technology. The
DSP is used to process and distribute audio to and from a duplex
telephone line, eliminating distortion, weak signals and feedback.
It continually filters low and high frequency noise to provide
superior audio quality.
